A Protective Settlement is a procedure that allows the debtor to reach an agreement with its creditors to settle its debts while maintaining the management of its company. However, a Protective Settlement may not be requested by a debtor that has already benefited from such a settlement within the previous 12 months (article 13, Bankruptcy Law).
Our service in this regard is limited to the initial as A Bankruptcy Trustee on the Protective Settlement Proposed Plan or Small Debtors’ Protective Settlement Proposed Plan that it has met the information required by the Bankruptcy Law.
